Media and consulting firm seeks a sales superstar. This position is a creative sell. In order to be successful, you must not be afraid of hard work and long hours. However, the rewards are as great as the challenges. Our ideal candidate can perform under high pressure situations. In addition, the right individual MUST be goal oriented. Telemarketing Overachiever Needed:

Media and consulting firm seeks telemarketers with skill. The focus of this position is to set appointments for our outside sales force. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone without supervision, and perform on a timely and consistent basis. This position is the first contact with all new prospects. The qualifications we seek are:

• A strong and independent work ethic
• Strong communication skills (i.e. very well spoken, and basic computer skills in Microsoft office applications)
• Must be money driven
• A strong desire to succeed and grow
• Must be goal oriented
• A strong ability to operate as part of a team

Our candidate must have at least a high-school diploma. Experience in prior phone sales is highly desired, but we will train the right person. We are looking for someone who is career minded. Consultative Guru Needed

Established Publication and PR firm seeks top performers in the business consulting field. A focus on Accounts Receivable and sales specific hiring, training and evaluation are where the ideal candidate’s expertise will lay. CIMA qualifications are highly desirable. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consistent prospecting
• Qualifying prospects for the various programs offered
• A keen understanding of individual business needs and environments
• Closing new business on a timely and consistent basis

In addition to the above stated, the ideal candidate will have experience in a consultative selling role. The individual must be able to show value and overcome objections. Selling conceptual services must be the ideal candidate’s forte. Qualifications for this position are:

• Experience and proven growth in the consulting field
• Proven record of consistent growth
• A BA in business, finance, or economics / or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
• A strong need to succeed

New entrants will go through an extensive induction and training process. This involves an overview of the organization, structure and specific roles. Throughout the induction, new entrants will develop their consultancy skills and be under the guidance of an experienced consultant. Compensation is based on experience. A $500 signing bonus will be provided to the successful candidate.
