Success Magazine: You have been in business for over twenty-five years. To what do you attribute your staying power?
Kevin Grace: We align ourselves with great people; in many ways what makes us unique is the company we keep. At GraceCom we not only have outstanding employees, but we also have fabulous customers. Their loyalty has truly made us who we are today. We believe in continuing education and we continue to train, mentor, and grow our team at GraceCom. We know the importance of putting relationships first. This means we not only put our clients first, but also our families. We forecast and delegate and have learned how to adjust our course very quickly. Our company realizes and adapts to the facts—not with an overly optimistic outlook, but always remaining hopeful. At GraceCom we try to create win-win scenarios, concentrating on partnerships rather than “vendor relations.” Our leadership principles remain the focus of our daily interactions—honesty, integrity, character growth, and effective communication. And finally, we are not over-reaching. We are constantly focused on our core competencies, which are telecommunications and related products.  |
